Planning permission approved for L&Q’s scheme in ‘Loves Farm’, St Neots
05 Aug 2019Lichfields is delighted to have supported leading housing association L&Q in delivering a new housing development in St Neots, Huntingdonshire. The scheme will provide 41 high quality homes, including 40% affordable housing, in a prominent location and provide a welcome gateway to the wider Loves Farm development.
Working with L&Q, Lichfields coordinated the planning application from Pre Application Consultation (PAC) stage through to the review of draft conditions. We are now assisting L&Q with the discharge of the pre-commencement conditions to enable construction to begin.
We are delighted to have secured RM approval for L&Q to take forward their first development in the area. This high quality residential development will deliver much needed homes including affordable homes in St Neots
