Lichfields’ Newcastle office wins Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year

Lichfields is delighted to be named as Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year at the North East Property Awards. This recognises the significant contributions to developments in planning, design, and deliverability across the region.

In 2018, the Newcastle office continued to build on its tremendous portfolio of work across the North East. During the year, our 40-strong team delivered permissions for almost 8m sqft of industrial floorspace and thousands of new homes, helping to ensure that the region’s economic growth is matched by growth in the supply of new homes.
