Jonathan Wallace

Jonathan is the Executive Chair of Lichfields. Jonathan joined Lichfields in 1997, working from our Newcastle office. He was Office Leader in Newcastle between 2013 and 2021, before joining the Lichfields Board in 2021. He has considerable experience as an expert witness having appeared at numerous planning inquiries, hearings and public examinations.

He is an experienced planner who advises both private and public sector clients, with particular specialisms in town centres, retail, leisure and other commercial development. Key clients include M&S, BP, McDonald’s Restaurants and Northumbrian Water Ltd.
