Lichfields’ Newcastle office shortlisted at North East Property Awards
10 May 2021Lichfields is delighted to be shortlisted for Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year at the Insider North East Property Awards for the third consecutive year. The award, which the team won in 2019, recognises organisations that have made significant contributions to developments in planning, design, deliverability and cost control throughout the year.
In 2020, the office continued to build on its tremendous portfolio of work across the North East. During the year, our 40-strong team delivered significant permissions for industrial floorspace and new homes, helping to ensure that the region’s economic growth is matched by growth in the supply of new homes.
The winners will be announced at the gala dinner taking place at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead on 8th July 2021.
2020 was a year like no other in living memory. However, we managed to open the decade with a wide range of project successes which collectively contribute to a huge economic impact for the region including creating over 31,000 new jobs and an uplift in GVA of over £2bn.
