Lichfields celebrates hat-trick of awards success
24 May 2022Lichfields celebrated a hat-trick of awards at two prestigious property industry awards last week, picking up both national and regional accolades.

In Leeds at the beginning of the week, Lichfields won ‘Consultancy of the Year’ in the inaugural UKREiiF Awards, having demonstrated exemplary project delivery and staff wellbeing in the UK’s real estate, property, investment and infrastructure sectors.
Insider North East Property Awards 2022
The awards ceremonies then moved to the North East. The Insider awards recognise the talent, professionalism and hard work of the region’s property sector and to reward those who have excelled throughout the last 12 months. Our Newcastle office were thrilled to win the highly coveted Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year and it didn’t end there - one of our development projects at Lambton Park, Chester-le-Street, for Theakston Estates was awarded Residential Development of the Year.
Clients put their trust in us and our staff work exceptionally hard to deliver results for them. These awards are testament to the strength of our client relationships and the high quality of our work. To win them in our 60th anniversary year is the icing on the cake.
