James Fennell

As Chief Executive of Lichfields, James oversees the corporate direction and strategy of the business. He advises clients on long term strategies to help realise major development opportunities and assists asset managers on plan making and development management issues.  James also advises the public sector on major development projects, land and building disposal and provides strategic development management advice. His projects include major estates regeneration projects in LB Barnet, the redevelopment of surplus land for residential development at St Bernard’s Hospital in Ealing and many town centre retail and leisure projects across the UK.
