Lichfields appoints new Associate Director in Thames Valley
09 May 2022Lichfields has announced a senior appointment in its Thames Valley office, as it continues to expand its operations and mark its 60th anniversary year.
Ed Rehill joins as an Associate Director based at the company’s Apex Plaza offices in Reading, where he will be working alongside an expanding team of planning and development specialists. He brings almost 20 years’ experience and expertise in public and private sector work across the Thames Valley to the role. He has previously worked in both Local Authorities (for Wokingham, Basingstoke and West Berkshire) and in consultancy (for DPDS Consulting and Savills).
At Lichfields he will focus on strategic planning, housing and commercial development alongside progressing business development initiatives.
Currently employing 215 people, his appointment comes as Lichfields has seen fee revenues reach £22.6m and aims to pass the £25m milestone by the end of 2022.
Ed will be a major asset to the Thames Valley office, which has seen strong performance across all areas of operation in the last 12 months. We are in the business of helping our clients to achieve growth and his appointment means that we will continue to develop our offer and services even further, boosting our project reach.
