A look around David Lloyd’s latest club in Bicester
31 Oct 2022David Lloyd Bicester opened at the end of September. As the Club’s latest and most advanced Health and Racquets Club, the Bicester club represents a further evolution of the brand’s concept, and the best dynamic offer of all David Lloyds Clubs to date, with new ‘padel tennis’ courts alongside traditional tennis, larger studio and fitness suites, and expanded health and wellbeing areas, including spa retreat and gardens (salt sauna and ice cave anyone?).
The commercial team, led by Ian Anderson, worked alongside master planners for the wider area on the hybrid application, and following, submitted a series of applications, S73s and S96As to establish the Club.
The project evolved throughout masterplan to completion: even during construction. Our ‘trusted advisors’ relationship was critical to help facilitate these changes and to deliver a genuinely best in class destination.
