Lichfields Thames Valley shortlisted at 2025 OxProp Awards
18 Jul 2025Lichfields’ Thames Valley office has been shortlisted in the Responsible Employer of the Year category at the 2025 OxProp Awards, which recognise excellence across the Oxfordshire property sector.
This category celebrates organisations that are making a tangible impact through their responsible business strategies. The team’s submission showcased its continued commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, wellbeing, community engagement, nurturing emerging talent, and sharing knowledge across the sector.
It’s great to see the breadth of what we do—from supporting each other as a team to playing our part in the local community—being recognised in this way. The nomination reflects the values we try to live by every day, and I’m proud of the part our office plays in shaping a more inclusive and responsible industry.
