We’re pleased to announce that Lichfields’ Thames Valley office has been nominated for two awards at the 2026 Thames Valley Property Awards. Nominations have been received in the ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ and ‘Thames Valley Property Business of the Year’ categories.
The ‘Thames Valley Property Business of the Year’ award celebrates property businesses that demonstrate excellence, strong performance, and a positive impact on their communities. The nomination recognises our office’s commitment to supporting sustainable development and long-term growth across the Thames Valley.
The ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ award recognises commercial developments delivered across the Thames Valley that have set themselves apart from their peers. Lichfields secured planning permission in late 2023 for CubeCold UK’s flagship multi-temperature logistics facility which began operating in Spring 2026. This project demonstrates how Lichfields have supported innovation, sustainable industrial development and continued investment in the Thames Valley’s logistics sector.
