Lichfields named Consultancy of the Year at the Resi Awards
07 May 2026Lichfields has been named Consultancy Practice of the Year at the 2026 Property Week RESI Awards.
Held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, the awards recognise the organisations, projects and individuals shaping the future of housing and residential development across the UK.
The award reflects a strong year for Lichfields in the residential sector. Over the past 12 months, the company has helped secure planning permission for more than 23,000 homes, advised clients through significant policy and market change, and continued to contribute to national debate on housing delivery and planning reform.
The judging panel praised Lichfields’ combination of intellectual leadership and delivery across the planning system, recognising its influence at both policy and project level, alongside the strength of its research, innovation and client work. The submission highlighted Lichfields hosting a panel discussion with the Housing and Planning Minister, developing an evidence-led tool to assess affordable housing need and impact, and publishing research on key housing issues that attracted national media coverage.
This is a prestigious award reflecting our focus on delivering successful outcomes for our clients. Sales of new homes is subdued but planning reforms continue to present opportunities and we expect demand for our services to remain strong for the rest of the year.
