Alexandra Bonner

Alexandra is an experienced planner with a focus on residential development. Her clients include landowners, commercial developers and housebuilders. Alexandra’s specialist experience covers development appraisals, the submission of planning and reserved matters applications, preparing and coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments and the submission of Development Plan representations. Her recent project experience includes obtaining planning permission for 400 residential dwellings within the grounds of the historic Lambton Estate located in County Durham, and working with Ushaw College, a former Catholic seminary, to prepare a development brief to secure a future for the Estate’s historic assets. Alexandra joined Lichfields in 2010.
