Alison specialises in town centre and retail planning. Experienced at managing small through to large scale schemes through the planning process, Alison provides pragmatic and solution focused advice to private and public sector clients.
Recent development projects Alison has secured consent for include leisure-led schemes for intu properties; new or extended stores for asset manager clients (including retail assessment work); and shopfronts and fit outs (on listed buildings) for high street retailers.
Alison is also experienced at assisting clients with strategic policy positioning work; securing the best allocation for sites, through Development Plan representations and appearance at Examinations-in-Public.
