Isla Bowman

Isla joined Lichfields in July 2021, having previously worked for a national housebuilder preparing planning applications, site appraisals and strategic land searching. Isla became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in June 2022.

Since joining Lichfields, she advises on major housing projects, including the strategic promotion of new settlement proposals, and produces evidence on housing needs to inform and support planning strategies, applications, appeals and Local Plan representations. Isla also undertakes a wide range of housing market research for public and private sector clients – including recently for Build East (a partnership of the largest registered providers in the East of England) on their role and capacity in addressing the housing crisis.
