Mia joined Lichfields as a planner in 2025 after completing a degree in Human Geography and Planning BSc (Hons) with a PPY at Cardiff University. Mia wrote her dissertation on evaluating the implementation of environmental policy in the planning process for major projects in Wales, focusing on the introduction of Planning Policy Wales 12 (2024) and its impact on the environment and biodiversity. Mia also completed a placement year at Cardiff Council, working on various projects with the strategic and non-strategic team.
