Cem is highly experienced at project managing complex strategic housing and mixed-use schemes. He’s worked on a wide variety of projects for both private and public sectors throughout the South West and Wales. Cem’s specialist experience covers advising clients on development strategy, appraisals, the submission of planning and reserved matters applications, Commons Act consent, submission of appeals and giving evidence.
Cem’s most recent work includes the £100m regeneration of the former Howells department store (Grade II* listed) in the heart of Cardiff, securing permission for two new flagship further education campuses in the Vale of Glamorgan for Cardiff and Vale College and promotion of several strategic scale residential-led urban extensions across the South West.
