Dennis Pope

Dennis has over 30 years’ experience as a planner and specialises in promoting commercial and residential development. He acts for various corporate clients including a major pharmaceutical company, GE Healthcare, British Airways and the BBC and has advised developers including Hammerson, Delancey, Goodman, U+I Group, Prologis and Solum Regeneration. Dennis has extensive experience of coordinating large teams on complex projects requiring Environmental Impact Assessments. He has experience of Direct Professional Access and presenting evidence at planning inquiry, Examination in Public, the Upper Tribunal and the Magistrates Court. He re-joined Lichfields in 2002 from Fuller Peiser where he was a Partner leading the London Planning & Development team.
