James Cox

Since joining Lichfields in May 2014, James has led various planning projects, including submitting major planning applications, site appraisals, due diligence, retail assessments and the promotion of land through the planning policy process. Project experience has included James securing planning permission for a solar farm in the Nottinghamshire Green Belt, as well as undertaking an Environmental Statement supporting a major residential scheme in North Yorkshire. James has also organised a number of successful consultation exercises for both public and private sector clients.
