Grahame Park Estate
Genesis Housing Association
The 37.4 hectare Grahame Park Estate in the London Borough of Barnet was identified as a failing estate and selected for a radical £800 million regeneration over an 18 year period. Lichfields has worked with Genesis Housing Association to deliver the first 750 new homes, a library, community centre, supermarket and enhanced public open space. The regeneration of the estate is now well underway.
Grahame Park is one of London’s biggest housing estate regeneration projects and we are very proud to be involved in its renewal.
