Jenny Hill

Jenny is a retail planning expert, specialising in retail assessments for public and private sector clients. She has a broad depth of experience, including co-ordinating planning applications for large complex developments and advising clients on development strategies. Project examples include obtaining planning permission to extend intu Watford, creating new retail and leisure units, and producing evidence to justify local and district centre floorspace requirements to meet the needs of future residents within major urban extensions. For local authority clients she has produced numerous evidence based studies and formulated policies and strategies for development plans. Jenny joined Lichfields in 1998.
