Kelly Phillips

Kelly joined Lichfields in 2015 with a strong commercial background.  Her project experience includes advising on aviation, mixed-use, residential (including the private rental sector), commercial, retail and education led schemes. She has worked with a range of commercial clients including London City Airport, Isles of Scilly Steamship Group, U+I Group PLC, British Airways, Linden Homes, Home Group, Peabody Trust, Meadow Partners and Minerva Education.
