Cem Kosaner

Cem is highly experienced at project managing complex strategic housing and mixed-use schemes. He’s worked on a wide variety of projects for both private and public sectors throughout the South West and Wales. Cem’s specialist experience covers advising clients on development strategy, appraisals, the submission of planning and reserved matters applications, submission of appeals and giving evidence at development plan examinations.

Cem’s most recent work includes project managing Plasdwr - a 7,000 dwelling urban extension to Cardiff, securing permission for an independent hospital in Caerphilly and assisting in the delivery of major development works at St Fagans: National History Museum.
