Amy Lomath

Amy joined Lichfields in 2019 as a Planner and gained Chartership in December 2021. She has worked on a variety of projects at Lichfields, particularly for residential, mixed-use, and tourism and leisure uses. Amy has been involved in a wide range of planning work, including the preparation of planning applications and appraisals, appeals, representations, and due diligence reports. She has a strong understanding of the policy, political and commercial drivers that deliver planning permissions.

Amy specialises in large-scale residential-led mixed-use schemes in London, and recent project experience includes Morden Wharf, The Liberty of Southwark, and Borough Triangle. She has also worked on a number of tourism and leisure projects, including Fulham Football Club, Chessington World of Adventures, and Holiday Park acquisitions.
