Lynda Newsome

Lynda has specialist planning experience in a range of sectors including housing, mixed-use developments, education, health care and student accommodation. She has advised both private and public sector clients on a variety of projects ranging from high profile regeneration schemes to sensitive sites containing heritage assets. Experience includes development appraisals, submission of planning applications, the Environmental Impact Assessment process, community consultation, development plan representations, appeals and the preparation of a range of reports, including Planning Statements. Prior to joining Lichfields in 2004 she worked for two local authorities in Development Management over a four year period.
