Peter Wilks

An experienced planning consultant since 1989 having previously worked in the public sector for Wiltshire County Council and Milton Keynes Development Corporation. Peter has worked on a wide range of development projects for public and private sector clients. He concentrates on retail and mixed use projects. His experience includes:  development strategies and impact assessments; development feasibility studies; town centre strategies; planning appeals and inquiries. He has advised over 100 local authorities on plan making and the determination of major planning applications.
