Robert Dibden

In over 10 years as part of Lichfields’ Newcastle office, Robert has worked on a variety of projects across the north of England and Scotland. With an academic background in architecture, Robert’s work has focused upon large commercial, healthcare and education schemes. This includes extensive experience managing the preparation and determination of a variety of major planning applications, compiling a wide range of planning reports, providing due diligence advice on developer’s planning applications, and inputting to development strategies and masterplans. Robert has an excellent understanding of the planning system, resulting in an ability to put forward succinct and effective planning and development management strategies to best meet the needs of clients.
