Ross Raftery

Ross is a planning consultant with experience working with private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning issues in London and across the UK. Prior to joining Lichfields in late 2023, he worked at Deloitte for nine years.

Ross has built expertise and knowledge across a broad range of sectors including housing, mixed-use regeneration, commercial development and green belt proposals.

He is experienced in advising on all aspects of the planning process, from feasibility to delivery. This advice has included influencing policy, the submission and management of planning applications, the preparation of planning briefs and planning strategies, S106 negotiations and undertaking stakeholder and community consultation. Ross also has experience of preparing evidence for S78 appeals and the preparation of planning policy representations.
