Sophie Caton née Hitchins

Sophie joined Lichfields in 2010 having completed a Masters in Planning at University of Westminster. She specialises in housing, mixed-use and conservation projects, advising private developers and operators, registered housing providers and charities on a variety of schemes.

Her projects include developments in sensitive locations such as the Green Belt, the setting of designated and undesignated heritage assets, the floodplain and works to listed buildings, and stretch across a range of scales from major urban extensions to international tourist attractions and private housing schemes.
