Nancy Stuart

At Lichfields Nancy specialises in commercial projects, with a range of experience working on data centre, logistics, infrastructure and employment led schemes. She also has experience of NSIP applications and the preparation of Development Consent Orders. Alongside her planning work, Nancy is also an experienced EIA coordinator, involved from the screening and scoping process to the preparation of Environmental Statements on major development projects. She advises a range of private and public sector clients on complex EIA issues.

Nancy joined Lichfields in 2018 after graduating from Cardiff University with an undergraduate degree in City and Regional Planning, during which she completed a placement year at Transport for London working as an Assistant Planner.
