She has a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between airport statutory and operational requirements and how this fits with the wider planning framework.
Tabitha has advised a cross-section of the aviation industry, on more than 40 airports globally, on behalf of: government departments, local planning authorities, aviation regulatory bodies, airport owner/operators, airport consortiums, national Military, airport-related developers, and third-party developers in proximity to an airport.
Tabitha developed Lichfields’
Aeronautical Assessments – an aerodrome safeguarding assessment which combines a review of potential aeronautical impact of a proposed development on an airport’s operations, assessed against town planning and aviation requirements. Tabitha joined Lichfields in 2015.
