An Accessible Conservation Plan for Southbank Centre

Southbank Centre

The Heritage and Graphic Design team were appointed to produce an Accessible Conservation Plan for the Southbank Centre, highlighting the Centre’s historic significance and how it can be protected for the future. The design uses Southbank Centre’s strong, dynamic branding making for a colourful and impactful document, helping to engage a wide reaching audience. As well as designing the document, Lichfields created a series of significance diagrams of the Southbank complex to clearly illustrate how heritage value varies across the site.

It’s been a pleasure to support Southbank Centre’s successful Heritage Lottery Fund bid to restore the Festival Wing. Our accessible conservation plan shows how historic significance and heritage value can be demystified for wider audiences.
