Heather Marshall

Heather joined Lichfields in 2005 and specialises in Heritage Planning.  She has been involved in a range of planning, design, townscape and heritage related work. Heather has extensive experience of advising on works affecting listed buildings and their settings and development within conservation areas. She also advises on development affecting world heritage sites, registered parks and gardens and scheduled monuments. Heather prepares heritage impact assessments, heritage audits, statements of significance, conservation area appraisals and potential listing assessments. Heather has also appeared at Hearings on heritage matters.
