We carried out a daylight and sunlight assessment to accompany a planning application for the introduction of a mansard roof extension and rear additions to this Mayfair townhouse. This site is highly constrained and Lichfields undertook detailed analysis to illustrate that the development’s massing would not unacceptably inhibit the natural light levels received by neighbours.
