Garden Centre Portfolio Review
Terra Firma – Wyevale Garden Centres
Lichfields was commissioned by Wyevale Garden Centres and Terra Firma, its owner, to undertake desktop planning assessments of 50 operational garden centre properties in the South West, West and Wales region.
We crafted assessment proformas and produced a summary report which identified the ten centres with the highest planning potential for an alternative use. Our findings informed the successful sale of the company in 2020.
