Steven has 35 years planning consultancy experience and specialises in leading multi-disciplinary development teams on major housing, leisure and retail-led mixed-use developments, mainly in London and other urban locations in England. He has worked on projects in most London boroughs.   
Steven leads one of our London office teams specialising in housing-led mixed use urban schemes, tall buildings, station and town centre developments in London and the South-East, as well as our national town centres team.
His expertise includes strategic advice and project feasibility, adding value to design development, promoting and negotiating complex projects through plan promotion, pre-application engagement and application stages, and as expert witness at public inquiries, to securing and implementing planning permissions.
