CTP Ltd and U+I Group plc

Lichfields advised and prepared a planning application on behalf of CTP Ltd and U+I PLC for the delivery of a 250 unit Private Build to Rent scheme in the Granary Wharf area of Leeds City Centre. The development will also include B1 office and A3 food and drink uses at ground floor level. The site is located in a major regeneration area adjacent to a number of iconic listed buildings, and forms part of the ‘Holbeck Urban Village’. Lichfields’ Leeds office led the preparation of the planning application, preparing the policy assessments necessary to justify the proposals and continues to be involved through the Section 106 negotiations.
