Lichfields is at the heart of the redevelopment of this 80 hectare site at Greenwich Peninsula. Plans include the development of over 12,500 new homes, together with commercial floorspace, film and media studios, new schools, health centre and visitor facilities, and an integrated transport hub within seven distinct districts connected by the river and new parkland. Planning Permission was secured in December 2015. Lichfields now continues to work on the Zonal Masterplans and the Reserved Matters applications to deliver the development.
