Lichfields was appointed by Manchester City Council to help deliver the large scale refurbishment and redevelopment of Manchester’s historic Town Hall Complex.
We responded to the challenging brief by delivering planning permissions and listed buildings consent within tight timescales. Not only did we coordinate and manage the application process, we delivered and implemented the consultation strategy which was key to the project’s success.
This project showcased a number of our key skills and services in planning, heritage, economics and consultation.
We were delighted to have been able to assist the City Council on these exciting proposals which have helped to transform these landmark buildings and spaces. We have played a key role in helping the city to thrive and provide a range of excellent facilities for workers, residents and visitors.
