North Tyneside Quality Homes for Older People

Within a four month period Lichfields secured planning permission for 26 high quality sheltered buildings, providing a much needed 320 rooms for elderly people. Our role included close consultation with both the public and private sector.
 
This was a very successful outcome in a short time period – which saw Lichfields draw on its expertise in assessing the need and  quantifying the benefits to enable the delivery of retirement care.
