Michael Hepburn

Michael leads a workgroup in our Newcastle office, focusing on housing and mixed-use schemes. He’s worked on a wide variety of projects for both private and public sectors, throughout Northern England and Scotland. Michael’s specialist experience covers development appraisals, the submission of planning and Reserved Matters applications (including the preparation of accompanying planning statements), preparing and coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments and the submission of Development Plan representations. He also prepares and gives evidence at Appeal and Call-in enquiries and Examinations in Public. Michael joined Lichfields in January 2004.
