Prologis Hartland Park

Pyestock
Prologis

Lichfields advised Prologis on the redevelopment of a former Ministry of Defence site at Pyestock. The proposals for the site, now known as Hartland Park, were to create a distribution park comprising Use Class B8 storage and distribution units, totalling over 120,000 square metres.  We presented evidence at the Public Inquiry on the planning merits of the proposals, and successfully demonstrated that the job creation benefits of this nationally important employment location justified the scale of development at this allocated strategic gap site.

A successful planning inquiry where our planning and economics case took centre stage, enabled the subsequent implantation of this sensitive strategic gap site. We are delighted that Hartland Park can add to our extensive portfolio of delivered distribution sites across the South East.
