Student Castle asked us to work with them to develop a prime site in Bath which would bring with it £11 million of private sector investment within this historic city.  We needed to manage and submit a planning application to redevelop a former school site and create 183 purpose-built studio apartments. We undertook a Heritage Townscape Visual Impact Assessment which demonstrated that the scheme was in keeping with the conservation and wider World Heritage Site, and successfully obtained planning permission within just 11 weeks.
