Individual and project commendations at RTPI North West Awards

Lichfields is delighted to receive two commendations  at the North West Awards for Planning Excellence. The awards, which took place at the Kimpton Clocktower on June 23, highlight the positive contribution planning professionals make in the communities they serve.

Associate Director Dominic Holding received a commendation in the Young Planner of the Year. He uses his specialist expertise in heritage-led planning to bring forward challenging developments that protect and secure the future of heritage assets. He is an enthusiastic individual who has gained a thorough understanding of the planning system from working on an impressive range of challenging projects.

Woodford Garden Village offers a vibrant, diverse community providing a range of opportunities including employment and community facilities, which sit alongside a mix of housing types and tenures. Through the adoption of the traditional Garden Village principles an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable community has been created for both the existing residents of Woodford and the new residents of WGV.
