Lichfields promotes three to senior director
28 Jan 2026Lichfields has promoted Sophie White, Cem Kosaner and Grant Swan to senior director, reflecting sustained demand for its services and the increasing scale of the work it undertakes.
Sophie White, who leads the Bristol office, advises public and private sector clients across residential, tourism, leisure and energy projects. She relocated from London a decade ago to help establish the Bristol office and has played a central role in its growth. Her recent work includes strategic housing schemes delivering more than 1,500 new homes and regeneration proposals in Bristol’s Temple Quarter.

Cem Kosaner, based in Cardiff, advises clients across Wales and the South West, specialising in commercial and residential development and leading major urban regeneration projects. His recent work includes the £100m regeneration of the former Howells department store in Cardiff and The Rise, the city’s tallest building.
There is strong demand for well-planned residential and mixed-use development, particularly in city centres, and I look forward to continuing to work with clients on schemes that support long-term placemaking.

Grant Swan leads Lichfields’ marketing and business development function nationally.
