Anthony Greally is a Senior Director with Lichfields. He has over 20 years’ experience in planning for major commercial, industrial and energy developments in urban and rural locations. He has advised on some of the country’s largest industrial regeneration sites, giving expert witness evidence at inquiries, including for compulsory acquisition of land. He has overseen planning applications for renewable energy projects, including in the Green Belt. He advises businesses in the advanced industrial sectors as well as owners of regional shopping centres, town centre retail assets and retail warehouse parks. He advises clients including the South Tees Development Corporation, UK Land Estates, intu and Urban&Civic.
