Arwel Evans

Arwel provides advice to landowners, house builders, financial institutions, and town centre operators throughout Wales and the South West of England on a variety of planning issues. He has worked on a planning application for a 7,000 dwelling urban extension in Cardiff, as well as the management and coordination of two reserved matters applications for early phases of the development. Arwel is also experienced in obtaining permission for the change of use of units to cafes, restaurants, betting shops and gyms.
