Clare Catherall

Clare has extensive planning consultancy experience working with various developers, local authorities and registered providers. She specialises in housing and mixed-use schemes, including a number of estate regeneration projects, taking a lead role in guiding complex projects (in often sensitive locations) through the planning process. 

Clare's projects including work with Hill and Poplar Harca on the Teviot Estate in Tower Hamlets; providing strategic planning advice to Lendlease on the Deptford Landings scheme in Lewisham; and preparing and submitting applications for strategic allocations such as West Bersted in Bognor Regis on behalf of the Church Commissioners.
