Colin is a highly experienced planner who advises clients on spatial planning, economics, policy and housing matters. He is a recognised expert in housing needs assessments and has provided technical evidence for a wide range of clients including developers, housebuilders and local authorities. He has given evidence on their behalf at numerous Examinations and Inquiries across the Midlands and Northern England and is a regular speaker at industry events. Colin also leads Lichfields’ economics team in Manchester and was at the forefront in developing Lichfields’ Evaluate tool which has been adopted company-wide to quantify the economic benefits of proposed developments. Colin joined Lichfields in 2007.
