Ian Kettlewell

Ian joined Lichfields in 2007 and leads a team in our Newcastle office focussing on commercial development projects in the North East of England and Scotland.  Specialising in development management and planning law issues relating to complex planning applications he advises a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including industrial, leisure and residential schemes.   Ian’s high level technical expertise and experience includes development appraisals, the submission of planning and reserved matters applications as well prior approval submissions.  Prior to joining Lichfields Ian gained considerable experience in the public sector working for eight years in development control.
