Jade Scott-Meikle

Jade is an experienced planning consultant who joined Lichfields in 2015 to help set up the Edinburgh Office. Since joining Lichfields, Jade has undertaken a variety of Planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) work. She has a firm knowledge and experience of planning and policy and has worked on a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients throughout Scotland and the north of England.

Jade specialises in the delivery of large mixed-use regeneration projects, tourism and leisure schemes and hotel developments. Her experience includes undertaking development appraisals, development plan promotion, the preparation and negotiation of complex planning applications and listed building consents (including multi-disciplinary working with co-consultants), planning appeals, public consultation (including the preparation of pre-application consultation reports) and EIA coordination.
